Holistic Alcohol Coach Bonnie Alina and Morgan Pace Bolton of Earthbody Presence
will facilitate an evening of connection to Self and each other through learning, sharing, and embodiment for sober curious moms.
While discovering a new way to relate to alcohol, together we will dive into self inquiry and self discovery, key components of exploring freedom from the habit of alcohol.
Expect a safe place to be vulnerable and curious,
lively conversation, grounding practices, gentle movement and time for journaling.Â
We’ll wrap up the evening with a sit in the cedar sauna for ultimate relaxation, rejuvenation, integration, and self care. A great way to kick off Mother’s Day weekend!

Morgan Pace Bolton is the co-founder of Earthbody Presence, a community centered around embodied practices and connection to the natural world. She is a Mother of 2 and has been extensively involved in volunteering in her community since 2017.
Bonnie Alina is a Holistic Alcohol Coach specializing in guiding fit moms to the other side of alcohol. She is a mother of 4, has been an avid yoga and mindfulness practitioner for over 25 years and has served as a community volunteer and leader since 2010.Â
